City Island Leeds

City Island consists of 404 one and two bedroom luxury apartments, duplexes and penthouses¬†in 7 buildings with undercroft parking extending beneath the total site area. City Island is located in the picturesque position between the river Aire and the Leeds Liverpool canal, effectively an island site, and was formerly occupied with light industrial units. The site was given it’s very own dedicated IPM Development Manager, based at City Island when IPM took over the management to improve on-site services.
