Now we have made it easier and quicker for all residents and leaseholders to report a problem regarding their property.
IPM have developed an on-line reporting system to prevent any lengthy phone calls and allow you to track the issue for effective and efficient property management, saving time and money with IPM’s repair reporting and maintenance management.
IPM’s on-line system makes reporting communal repairs easy for both occupants and agents. Receive clear, concise reports through a picture-based system, with translation into English from over 40 languages.
Occupants can report repairs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using their PC, smartphone, or tablet.
Once you’ve reported a problem our team will review within working hours.
IPM have easy to follow on-line guidance on reporting an issue and who’s responsibility this is, reducing the number of repair requests received, and in emergencies, directs the occupant to take steps to protect the building from further damage.
In the event of an out of hours emergency, our contact number is 01302 249 349 or 0203 006 8320. This service is available weekdays between the hours of 17.00 and 09.00 the following morning and from 17.00 on a Friday right through to 09.00 on a Monday morning including Bank Holidays.
